'Ginko'

Handmade by Emma and Mark Nicholson of Emma's Bears

Ginko is my absolute favourite bear from this collection; she just has the sweetest little face with those adorable big brown eyes! She has been made in a combination of curlylocks mohair fabrics (a rich tipped brown for her limbs, and a natural ivory white for her head and belly), paired with a long black alpaca for her ears, eye patches and ears, and a long ivory alpaca for her cheeks.   

Ginko looks out through a pair of our huge hand painted glass eyes in deep chocolate tones, with hand-sculpted eyelids and dramatic eyelashes. She has a hand embroidered perle cotton nose and some subtle inktense shading and rouge on her cheeks. 

She is loosely (but securely) T-pin jointed, and stuffed with polyfill and steel shot for a decent weight to her hug. Her hand and paw pads have been cut from a faux leather, and we've given her 3D detailing on her toes and fingers, with a little more inktense shading. 

Ginko wears a big chocolate satin bow in her hair (fully removable) and a polished tiger-eye pendant around her neck. She is a gorgeous one of a kind artist bear.
