I don't know if you can tell by the over abundance of photos included here of little Zaffre... but I am a little besotted with him! He has me totally and completely enchanted! 

Zaffre has been made from gorgeously soft and dense black and white long pile alpaca - which really has to be one of the best fabrics to use for panda bears!! He looks out through a pair of our hand-painted glass eyes in deep zaffre-blue tones with hints of lighter blue sparkle. We've hand sculpted his eyelids, and each of his 16 individual panda claws as well. He has a hand embroidered black perle cotton nose and our 3D pulled 'peek-a-boo' style paw pads with silk-dye shading. 

Zaffre is fully T-pin jointed and has been stuffed generously with polyfill and steel shot. He wears a lovely dyed-blue crystal pendant with a fully removable gold-tone chain. Zaffre is a one of a kind artist bear, and our very first fully clawed panda!
